in short, YES! But let's explore this healing modality in more detail.
The Power of Reiki Healing: Relieving Pain and Promoting Well-being
Reiki, an energy-based healing technique, has gained recognition for its power in alleviating various physical, mental, and emotional ailments. One area where Reiki shines is in reducing pain levels. Numerous studies have explored the effects of Reiki on pain, highlighting its effectiveness in providing relief and improving overall well-being.
What is Reiki Healing?
Reiki is a holistic healing modality that originated in Japan in the late 19th century. It is based on the knowing that everything in the universe, including the human body, consists of energy. When the energy flow becomes imbalanced, it can lead to physical and emotional ailments. Reiki practitioners work with this energy, aiming to restore balance and promote healing. The practice involves the transfer of universal life force energy through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient, who may experience a sense of relaxation, peace, and well-being.
What is Distance Reiki Healing?
Distance Reiki Healing applies the principles of Reiki to clients that are located remotely. The Practitioner focuses his/her mind on the client and performs energy balancing at a distance. This is possible because this healing modality crosses the barrier of time and space by tapping into the power of Non-Locality.
Non-Locality connects and entangles everything in Creation. Physics calls this phenomenon “quantum entanglement”. A group of physicists won the Nobel Prize in November 2022 for demonstrating quantum entanglement and the fact that our Universe is “non-local”. This is not wishy washy New Age lingo, distance energy healing techniques put these principles into practice.
For example, there are other studies showing how focused, coherent thought can affect a random event generator, (Schmidt, 1971), or how a set intention amongst a group of people reduces violence in the environment
Exploring the Research
According to a meta-analysis conducted to investigate the effect of Reiki on pain levels, the results showed promising outcomes. The analysis included four randomized controlled clinical trials with a total of 212 participants. The studies revealed a statistically significant decrease in pain scores after Reiki treatments when compared to control groups. The effectiveness of Reiki in relieving pain was evident, suggesting its potential as a complementary approach to pain management.
Is Energy Healing For Me?
If you, like me, are sensitive to subtle energies in the environment, then you wouldn't be here reading this article right now, because you would know deep in your bones these practices work, based on your own experiential knowledge.
If you are new to energy work and curious about it, then you'll probably be scanning the internet for answers and landed on this blog :). The answer is: YES, energy healing is for you, as much as brushing your teeth is for you.
You are part of the intrinsically entangled Universe and your physical body is INSIDE several energy fields. Balancing your energy fields should be common practice, just like brushing your teeth. Tuning into the energy fields and providing correction/rebalancing, will address the physical ailments on a deeper, quantum level. This is a very elegant (and ancient) solution that acts on the true root of the problem.
This is why I have created The Aurora Academy Subscriptions, so that we can enjoy daily, consistent energy healing, unraveling blockages in the energy fields, which lie at the root of all dis-eases and unbalances in the physical body. Just like enjoying the luxury of a daily Reiki healing session.
The future of medicine is energy, frequency and vibration. Ironically, we're now full circle: we've come to validate ancient practices like Reiki with Quantum Mechanics.
